The Winnipeg Executives Association is Winnipeg’s largest networking organization. The existing brand was dated and disjointed. The existing website was dated, with poor navigation. Peripherals were a mishmash of different fonts, colours, and logos. All association activity and reporting was paper-based. Hep re-engineered the brand to be more modern and less masculine. All peripherals were redone with the new Brand Elements. A new “brand aligned” website was launched that reflected the stature of the organization. Phase three created a web portal for all member activities for the Association, replacing all paper based reporting. Results: Modern brand, increased member satisfaction and pride.
